Rouge Tradition AOP Corbières
Intense ruby red. Powerful yet elegant with notes of spices and red fruits. Smooth, persistent tannins which reflect the complexity of this wine, round, soft and full with a lengthy finish.
Ageing potential : 5 to 6 years.
Percentage of alcohol : 12°.
Soil : Clay-chalk ; pebbly.
Grape varieties : Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah (Shiraz) and Mouvèdre.
Winemaking : Traditional fermantation on the skins for approximateky 12 days. The grenache and syrah (shiraz) wines are vinified together.
Serving : Ideal with meats in sauce and drier cheeses.
Bicentenaire AOP Corbières
Dark purple colour with lavender hues. Spicy with a light touch of vanilla. Aromas of stewed fruit. Long and powerful on the palate, and smooth with persistent tannins. Rich in ripe fruit. Heralds an excellent future.
Ageing potential : 8 to 10 years.
Percentage of alcohol : 12°.
Soil : Clay-chalk ; pebbly.
Grape varieties : Grenache noir, Carignan, Mourvèdre.
Winemaking : Careful selection of premium quality grapes from old vinestock. Grapes are vinified whole and seperately prior to being blended. Part of the wine is then matured in oak casks for eight to ten months prior to being bottled.
Serving : Perfect with game (venison) and other strong red meats, such as boar and deer.
Rouge Bois des Dames AOP Corbières
Intensely deep purple. Powerful with a touch of vanilla. Primary notes are of pepper and nutmeg. Evident but smooth tannins assure a promising evolution.
Ageing potential : 15 years.
Percentage of alcohol : 12,5°.
Soil : Clay-chalk ; pebbly.
Grape varieties : Carignan, Syrah (Shiraz), Grenache.
Winemaking : Vinification of whole grapes per grape varietal followed by 18 days of racking. Maturation in oak casks for 10 months.
Serving : Perfect with game (venison) and other strong red meats, such as boar and deer. This wine is best decanted prior to serving.
Grenache Vin de Pays d’Oc
Robe d’un rouge foncé et limpide. Fin et complexe, notes de fruits mûrs. Notes de fruits mûrs avec un côté très soyeux en finale.
Conservation : 2 à 3 ans.
Degré : 13% vol.
Terroir : Argilo-calcaire.
Cépages : 100% Grenache noir.
Vinification : traditionnelle 100% égrappée.
Alliance gastronomique : Viandes rouges, grillades estivales.
Carignan Vin de Pays d’Oc
Robe pourpre brillante. Fin avec des notes de fruits rouges. Tanins ronds et souples avec des notes de petits fruits rouges.
Degré : 13% vol.
Terroir : Argilo-calcaire.
Cépages : 100% Carignan.
Vinification : traditionnelle 100% égrappée.
Alliance gastronomique : Grillades, charcuteries.
