Straw yelow with golden hues. Notes of almond and honey. Honey and jam, hazelnuts with a persistent finish.
Ageing potential : 8 to 10 years.
Percentage of alcohol : 14,5°.
Soil : Clay-chalk ; pebbly.
Grape varieties : Viognier.
Winemaking : Grapes harvested in October. Immediate pressing followed by fermentation under controlled temperatures.
Serving : Enjoy as an aperitive or with foie gras or dessert. This wine is best opened a short while before serving to fully appreciate its aromas.
